Senior HR Analyst Power BI Expert
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a Senior HR Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, dashboard design, ETL, report automation, and API programming to join our HRIS and Analytics team. This role focuses on turning HR data into actionable insights, streamlining processes through automation, and ensuring seamless system integrations to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will:
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Design efficient ETL processes and automate recurring reports
Work with Power Automate and SharePoint for HR workflows and documentation
Develop, test, and troubleshoot APIs to ensure smooth HR system connectivity
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR
(Bonus) Implement AI tools and maintain chatbots (MS Copilot Studio) for HR self-service
Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams are essential. Experience with Palantir is a plus but not required.
