Seeking Website Developer

I am looking to hire a developer(s) to re-develop my website that was lost. I have a prototype that my initial website was developed and want to use the same prototype but make some modifications to the design since the prototype was created several years ago. Also, I want to add the prior content lost. I want the new site to be dynamic. The main components of the website will contain a directory, forums section, and events calendar.

I have a video that illustrates the business concept to include snippets of my prior website that was fully completed. Also, I have the actual prototype to share.
