Our company is actively seeking a proficient UI/UX Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a mind brimming with innovative ideas. We require a forward-thinking individual capable of designing dynamic user interfaces complemented by smooth animations and microinteractions.
The designer will be part of a creative, cross-functional team, collaborating closely to align our product’s design with our company's objectives and to enrich the user experience.
Preffered Location: India
~Part Time
~Budget of 400,000 INR plus 10% bonus (Salary
~Internet Stipend
~Green Travel Stipend
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
Continually improve and optimize user interface design in response to user testing and feedback
Deliver high-quality UI assets, prototypes, and style guides
Design unique layouts using Figma, Webflow, and other relevant software
Incorporate cutting-edge techniques for animations and microinteractions
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects demonstrating mastery of Figma and Webflow
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Detail-oriented, with a critical eye for design aesthetics
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Must be from India
