Seeking Committed Website Designers - No Half-commitments. Firm Communication.
Budget: $50 – $250 CAD
I’m hiring a skilled, reliable, and professional website developer for ongoing outsourced work. These websites are for real businesses, typically in service based industries. Therefore, quality, clarity, and delivery are key. This is not just a one off gig, if we work well together, you can expect consistent, high-ticket projects with long-term potential.
What I’m NOT Looking For:
1.) Anyone who sees this as just “another quick job.”
2.) People who ghost mid-project or fail to meet deadlines
3.) Designers who rely on Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy Site Builder, or other cookie cutter platforms that limit functionality, control, and scalability.
4.) Anyone who over-promises and under-delivers
What I AM Looking For:
1.) Transparent communication at all stages of the project
2.) Respect for deadlines, timelines, and commitments
3.) A strong eye for clean, modern UI/UX design
4.) Experience with WordPress (Elementor preferred) or custom PHP builds
5.) A solid, accessible portfolio of previous websites
5.) Willingness to follow structured workflows and collaborate professionally
Project Overview:
- Websites will be for small to mid-sized businesses (roofing, detailing, real estate, flooring, etc.)
- Most projects will include multi-page websites (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
- Design and content layout will often be guided by a brief or sample website
- Speed, responsiveness, and minimal SEO-ready structure are important
Payment & Structure:
Per-project pay, to be discussed on an onboarding call
Potential for full-time, long-term work if results are consistent
Projects are not extremely complex, but high standards and attention to detail are non-negotiable
