School placement statistics website

Im looking to get an interactive website designed that would display a live feed of available spaces in all the primary and secondary schools in namibia. This website would categorise the schools in their respective regions and towns, weekly updates will also be provided that will have to be updated on the site, this information will be provided from school representatives. Other features on the site would include contact information to all the schools and list extra information such the documentation needed for a potential student to apply to said school.
