School Management App for UAE

I’m looking to hire a skilled and reliable freelancer for a long-term project to develop a mobile app for a school management system, specifically tailored to meet the needs of UAE-based schools.

Important Notes:

The UAE education system is different from other countries, so the app must be built with the following in mind:
• Support for multiple authorities: KHDA (Dubai), ADEK (Abu Dhabi), MOE (Federal)
• Integration with multiple curricula: British, American, CBSE, IB, UAE National, etc.
• Inclusion of mandatory subjects: Moral Education, Islamic Studies, UAE Social Studies
• Compliance with staff qualification & licensing requirements
• Inspection & rating readiness (especially KHDA reporting structure)
• Multilingual support: English and Arabic
• Advanced parent-student-teacher communication tools
• Attendance, homework, fees, reports, events, and push notifications

• Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native preferred)
• Role-based dashboards (Admin, Teacher, Parent, Student)
• Notification system
• Secure login/authentication (SSO or integration with school system)
• Real-time updates on attendance, grades, announcements, fees, etc.
• Integration with backend API (you can also assist in backend if possible)
