Needing a complete website for a clinic in 5 days. 5 tabs will be needed at the top of the page, 1. Home - will give an overview of who we are, a picture of a range of ethnicities, the services that we provide (general medicine, women's care, physical therapy, auto accidents, psychiatry, pediatrics, medication management, behavioral therapy, medical weight loss,) serving all ages and accepting new patients. We accept private insurance, medicare/medicaid & self pay. Our slogan is "your health is our top priority." Since there is a hispanic community around Sarah St. we want there to be a button to where they can click on it and change the complete website to Spanish at the top. 2. Make an appointment - allow patients to place their information, full name, email, number, how they wish to be contacted (allow them to pick either or both,) a calendar so they can pick the date and time, time blocks will be an hour long ranging from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST time. This information will be sent to our email once they submit it. 3. Transportation - We offer FREE transportation within a 15 mile radius. Allow them to place their info like on the "make an appointment" page.
4. Careers - we have a website that was used for people wanting to be a part of the team that you can refer to make this tab. It will be very similar to this tab, give information, what you're applying for and a place to upload a resume. 5. Contact us, place all of our information on this page, location, number, socials, and email.

At the bottom of the page through every tab, viewers should be able to see information on how to contact us aside from the contact us page.
