Sales/ Social Media Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hey there,
I am looking for a quick-start Sales and Social Media Coordinator to add to our real estate investment team. We are a small investment company who puts our core values first and would love to add someone to our team whose values align with ours.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can work as a Sales and Social Media Coordinator remotely, with little supervision.
This person will have full responsibility for handling income and outbound calls with owners of vacant land in the United States, as well as creating and posting social media content and optimizing our websites.
This is a straight-forward job for someone who knows what they are doing.
This is a 20 hour a week position, with the goal of becoming salaried and full-time within two months. The expectation is that you will work exclusively for us after the initial two month ramp up.
Although experience is required, we will train you in the specifics of our business to make sure you are successful. This is a LONG-TERM position with potential to increase pay and position within our business, given successful completion of tasks.
You must have a dedicated phone and reliable internet connection.
Rate: $5-$8/ Hr
Minimum required skills, abilities and experiences:
** Excellent ability to read, write and speak English
** Familiarity with real estate procedures and terminology
** Experience creating engaging social media posts in English
** Experience editing and optimizing websites
** Resourceful: Takes initiative to solve problems / overcome difficulties
** Attitude of excellence: efficient, precise and detail oriented
** Curious; loves to learn new skills and learns quickly
** “Can-do" attitude (positive, optimistic)
** Works well under pressure (with deadlines)
** Enjoys challenging work
** Takes ownership of work and is trustworthy
** Exceptional computer skills: extensive experience with online databases and photo/video editing software
Helpful skills:
** Ability to convert leads to sales through negotiation and persuasion
** Ability to organize, track and manage sales pipeline
** Strategic thinking- creating frameworks to innovate and grow our business
** Leadership ability in the inevitability of expansion
Typical tasks include:
**Answering the phone 9 am to 5 pm MST daily, and returning messages from sellers left outside of business hours
** Creating and posting on social media
** Phone contact, email and chatbot follow up with sellers
** Weekly report and reflection
