SPES NGO Website and Bingo Web App

We need Help Setting up Back End, Front end, and payment gateway whilst having a simple responsive design for our landing page. Also set up a built in web app to run a bingo game. This would be used to fundraise so the design of the web app should have built in purchasing panel for additional tickets through a payment gateway.
