Overview
We are looking for a well-organized and strategic Performance Analyst for an SEO Platform. The main role is to lead the project capacity, analyze data, and optimize the project workflow. This function will closely work with the Executive to increase platform usage and client retention.
Responsibilities:
o Lead multiple projects for the SEO Platform
o Evaluate data and create comprehensive analysis reports
o Spearhead data collection and data availability for both internal and external usage
o Enhance the SEO Platform visibility and usage
o Lead CRM and Project Management
o Spearhead projects related to the Executive’s business
Attributes:
o Organized and Strategic
o Leader
o Process-oriented
o Strong attention to details
o High-level English skills
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in related field
o Min 2 years of experience as project manager and a virtual experience is a must
o Extensive knowledge of project management tools and procedures
o Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
o Competent working devices with stable internet connection
Ideal Software Familiarity:
o Project Management (Trello, Asana, etc.)
o CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk)
o Dialers (Avaya, RingCentral, etc.)
o Google Workspace
o MS Office Applications
