Review website User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) provide feedback on improvements

I am looking for a freelancer to review the UI and UX of my website and provide feedback on improvements. The specific aspect I would like the freelancer to focus on is the layout and organization.
I have a general idea of how I want the layout and organization to be, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. I trust their judgement in this area.
In addition to providing feedback, potentially I would also like the freelancer to implement the improvements they suggest. This includes making any necessary changes to the UI and UX of the website.
