Review Aggrategor Website

We want to create a website dedicated to television shows and movies. Ideally, this website would be similar to that of Rotten Tomatoes, where a person can search for a movie or tv show and then submit their blurb with a grade and a link to their work. Members would have to register and sign in to submit. Ideally, we would need a separate content section for in-house content like interviews, opinion pieces, podcasts, trailers, release dates, and other general articles. Again very similar to that of Metacritic or rotten tomatoes.
