Revamp and Update Wordpress Chiropractic Website
Budget: $75 – $200 USD
I am a chiropractor and have a Wordpress site that was designed 10 years ago: www.PrimeSpines.com. I need the homepage updated to be more mobile friendly and a few other design changes. Here is what I need done:
A) I want the following 9 logos added to the homepage in a cluster (using CSS) with the following text above it "We are in-network with the following companies insurance policies". This should go below the 3 blue buttons on the homepage. See the attachment to this project for an idea of what I want called ImageClusterExampleDONOTUSE.jpg. Please do not use this example image...it is only for your reference. Instead use CSS to add the text and these individual 9 logos:

B) I want two maps (one for each of my two locations) side by side (half page width each). These Google maps should be interactive where the user can zoom in and out. These should be below the section with the heading "PrimeSpine Chiropractic & Massage". The maps should only be visible on the desktop and tablet versions, not on the mobile. Please hide the maps on the mobile version of the page.

1) Schedule online for Bellevue
2) Schedule online for Kirkland
3) Check Insurance - when clicked this button needs to go to a new page (PrimeSpines.com/check-insurance)
4)Insurance Accepted
Also, the buttons are too large on the current mobile version of the website. The current size of the buttons is good on desktop and tablet, but needs to be smaller (in a 2x2 grid of 4 buttons) on mobile.
D) Social Icons. I want to remove the facebook icon and in place on this add a Google Reviews icon (attached file called GoogleReviewPNG.png). I want to keep the existing Yelp icon.
E) I want to add a Google Reviews widget above the section heading "PrimeSpine Chiropractic & Massage". I want to use the following widget and connect it to my Bellevue Google Business (4122 Factoria Blvd SE #203, Bellevue, WA 98006):
