Restyle Wireframe to MUI with Custom Theme

I'm seeking a developer to restyle one page of my wireframes to MUI (Material-UI) using a custom color scheme.
Key Components:
- The page primarily consists of a user table, styled cards, and an application header with navigation.
- I have specific reference colors which will need to be incorporated into the design.
- Color codes or hex values will be provided for the reference colors.
