Restaurant App Development: Online Ordering, Reservations,Loyalty and rewards programs, text notification

I own an Italian restaurant and I am looking for a freelance mobile app developer on a low budget to build a simple, clean restaurant app for iOS and Android.
The app does NOT need to be complex
Main Features Needed
1. Online Ordering
o Display full menu with photos and descriptions
o Customers can place pickup orders only
o Pay online
o Orders sent to restaurant email or tablet
o Integrated with Clover POS
o
2. Rewards & Points System
o Customers create an account
o Earn points for every order OR $
o Rewards after certain points (example: free appetizer)
o Admin can adjust rewards
3. Reservations
o Simple reservation form (name, phone, date, time, guests)
o Email notification to restaurant
4. Push Notifications
o Send promos, live music nights, specials, events
5. SMS / Text Marketing Integration
o Collect customer phone numbers
o Ability to export or connect to SMS marketing tool
Admin Side (very important)
