Responsiveness Guesthouse webdesign HTML/CSS (No some wordpress or templates adjuster wanted, just professional designers!!!)

Hi, I am looking for some webdesigner which can prepare webdesign for my small Guesthouse (https://www.booking.com/Share-Qrklwh). I just would like to have graphic design, no coding! The webdesign should be created in HTML+CSS and must be responsive. I like this kind of design: https://glengordonmanor.com/. Something modern and elegant. Of course I provide with all pictures in high resolutions etc. But I expect real graphic designer with feeling to graphic design, details and strong experience in graphic SW. Not some wordpress or templates adjuster!!!

As you can see there are in total approx. 5 different structure pages incl. Frontpage.
