Responsive website coding for a startup Yoga studio

The studio has UI design ready in Abobe XD but needs someone to efficiently code the website containing some of the following features:
• Community Pages
• Minimal animations/motion graphics (Art direction provided)
• Booking pages
• Additional profile and library pages
