Responsive Restaurant Website Development

I need a skilled web developer to create a responsive website for my existing restaurant business. The main focus will be on creating an intuitive and reliable food ordering process.
This is what I'm looking for:
* Food Ordering System: A user-friendly system that offers customizable orders, pre-set meal choices, and implements real-time order tracking. Customers should be able to view the menu, make a selection, and track the preparation and delivery of their orders.
* Design Guidance: I would appreciate some guidance on the design aspect of the website. While I don't have any design guidelines or branding assets to share, I'm open to creative suggestions that align with my business.
Ideal skills and experience:

* UX/UI Design: Expertise in enhancing the user experience, from the design layout to the food ordering functionality.
