Responsive Complex Page Layout Design

I'm a backend developer building a language learning website.
Traffic is building and users are joining.
I want an experienced UI/UX/Front end designer come onboard and work with me on the system.

- You will have a feel about what might work for users, and have ideas for future development
- You will feel excited about what can be achieved using this system
- Maybe you are learning a new language yourself or have experience teaching a language to others
- Have ideas about how to convert this basic bootstrap layout to something that will work on mobiles well.

As a first step: The music index page and song page need work. They both need to be made responsive and functional as best we can on mobile devices.
- The page has a lot of information that needs tidying to make it understandable.
- The page has voice recognition and youtube api calls
- Currently the page only shows 1 person's submission.
Give me examples of your previous work that covers similar problems or ideas that you have to deal with them.
Once this stage is completed we will continue to work on making the entire site responsive including the user account.
This is a long term project which will be very rewarding for the designer I choose.
