Reservation website that syncs it's calendar with Airbnb.com

I would like a site built to showcase our condo, and allow people to make reservations and payment through the site via credit card, only. The site would also need to sync calendars every 5 minutes with Airbnb.com via the API.
I do not want Wordpress.
The site will also need to have the ability to add more properties to it as we grow.
