Request for Bid for a Photography Website
Budget: £49 – £50 GBP
Purpose of Request for Bid
This RFB (Request for Bid) aims to select a bidder who will utilise Wix.com to design a fully functional photography website for a new small start-up located in Loughborough, Forest Road, LE11 3NR. The website will act as a specialist platform where individuals can book professional photographic sessions.
1: - Bid Details
The bidder must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for selection for this project: The successful bidder must have relevant experience or certification from an accredited university in website and UX design. NOTE: The bidder must be able to offer verifiable proof as supporting papers in order to meet this criterion; failure to do so may result in the rejection of the bid or the termination of the proposal.
The method and medium of communication for this project will be through email. Any inquiries related to the project and the bid will be answered through email only by one of our group members.
NOTE: The subject line for this project must always be RFB –Photography Website. The deadline for receiving clarification requests for this project is November 10, 2022, and the project deadline set is 23th the November 2022. Any inquiry sent after the stipulated deadline will under no circumstances be considered. Bids received after the 10th of November 2022 shall automatically stand rejected.
The remuneration for this project is £50, this includes the full cost of building and designing the website The bidder should fully discuss the full costs of producing the final product before taking the initiative so as to avoid any conflict or distasteful experience.
NOTE: Team members of this project will provide content related to the website in order to enhance the essence of the final product and ease costs and pressure on the bidder. We have the right to end the bidding process at any moment and without explanation. We make no promises, either stated or implied, that this procedure will result in a commercial transaction with any party. The selected bidder is not paid on an hourly basis, but they will be paid £50 as remuneration for this project. We request all bidders to provide clarification of their bids and provide all the necessary documents in English or translation of English if necessary.

1- A professional photography website that’s easily accessible to individuals in Loughborough.
2- A clear and simple booking form to book photography sessions online.
3- A storyboard for storytelling and sharing samples of the work we do.
4- Clear contact details and Google map address of our location for easier navigation.
5- Noticeboard for future events booking.
6- About us and Testimonials from our clients.
The general bidder requirements are as follows:
1- Website building and design.
2- Identification of risks and opportunities with the website.
3- Propose changes needed as mitigating circumstances.
4- Performance testing.
5- Timely delivery of the project before the deadline.
6- Team member consultation in design and aesthetics.

Users of the page can access all tabs on the website. The core functionality of the website would be to book photography sessions. While this is the main function of the website, other tabs, like portfolio and testimonials, about the company and the location of the photo studio should be easily accessible to the user.
The website should be simple yet highly interactive, leveraging a minimalist style and engaging with a young audience.
