Reporting Dashboard Website

I am looking for someone to help build a website for a reporting portal and dashboard. We build IoT devices to monitor various assets such as diesel generators etc. We have built the database as well as the API.

I am looking for someone who is skilled in building modern looking minimal websites that can create a reporting portal for clients to access their information the devices are monitoring.

The website should be able to have admin users who can create user accounts and link their devices to the account and collect the information on those devices from our database. The website must have the following:

1. Landing page to log in
2. GIS page where a map shows the location of the clients devices
3. Reporting dashboard with various graphs, charts and visuals
4. Must be an interactive dashboard to filter sites or dates for the dashboards
5. Dashboard must be able to be exported to PDF
6. A data table page where the client can see a table of all alerts generated from the device or devices
7. The tables and graphs must be interactive and give the client the option to view different variables in the graph (such as fuel used over time but can select fuel level over time instead)
