Replacing website

I have a website for a very small business in the automotive services sector, that is too complicated for me to use. I want to find a suitable freelancer with the right skills, who can create a simple replacement website using the basic online facility such as square space which will allow me to add text or photos etc. I also want that fr eelancer to advise and guide me on the easiest and cheapest way to upload that site to the internet cheaply and to take down my existing website from its host.
