Replace existing theme with new theme in shopify integrating ideas from 2-3 websites

Shopify hosted website needs a new theme layout set my owner. The freelancer has to design 4 responsive sliders for home page, find & integrate free license images relevant to the categories. The freelancer should be willing to meet project deadline. The freelancer should be able to accept the suggestion or improvement or amendment suggested by the website designer during the whole duration of the project. The freelancer should be very cooperative & responsive & welcoming & following the shop owner's design & concept. The shop owner will give the urls of few websites which the freelancer has to carefully observe & understand the document attached with the project. If the shop keeper feels any part is missing in the project, the freelancer should be able to accept & approve the missing part & add it to the website. The whole website functionality needs to be tested. The website has to be responsive cross compatible with browser & all devices. The website has to be secure.
