Renew an old website

Dear Freelancer,
I would like a nice dynamic version of an old website (attached zip file with basic html) with few updates and a much better handle on graphic and rescaling for mobile and desktop browsing. You can choose your preferred language to build it.
The domain of the company (that will be disclosed privately) for now Telco.uk is currently registered under a provider names.co.uk, but I need to purchase a complete web hosting solution from a different provider. Therefore it is required to make some changes in the DNS settings to allow the domain to point to the new provider's server that I will be purchasing .
I would like you to make me a quote for the full delivery of the project and the time needed to:
- finalize it with the data provided
- deploy the site on the new server provided,
- set up DNS records,
- test an online version on multiple devices.
