As we prepare our product for release, we need to refresh our website to support the process

* Must work smoothly across all 5 standard device formats (Mobile - Horizontal/Vertical, Tablet - Horizontal/Vertical, Computer)
* This is a framework, once the framework is completed our internal development team will take over populating the content.
Technology Information:
The website you create with this contest/project will be cut-up and used inside some server-side code (we will do that, not you). So your website work will NOT include any server side coding. You may use Angular, Bootstrap, any similar library, JS, CSS, HTML/HTML5 and/or images (including vector) in your contest/project. Following these rules will allow us to test the website by un-zipping the files to give us into a folder on our local desktop (not a server) to ensure/test they work.
