Refine and build six website

We are a non-profit that deals with adult learning for our region. There is already a basic start to the website, (using Wix) but would need to expand from just the basic starting point. We are creating a connection spot type of website for our newcomers to our community. This will be a hub for newcomers of Canada to get information about our city, events, house listings, job listings, specifically for newcomers. We would love to have some social aspects to the website, but the main purpose will be to be a place for anyone new to our city to learn about ways to build the community for any and all newcomers. It needs to be ESL friendly and welcoming.
