1. The website should be designed to work on Both Mobile / Laptop screens
( Use HTML5 or similar )
2. All images should be Drawing / Sketch ( refer to: https://www.istockphoto.com/illustrations/tall-building-drawing)
3. Projects Page Should be dynamic - Content need to come from a Structured data stored in a file ( No RDMBS )
4. Include "Register with us for Updates / NewsLetter" Section. Include a form that captures LastName / FirstName / email / phone number and stores in to a Structured file format (No Database )
5. Limit the website NOT more than three Levels - Main Page >> Page linked to Menu Items >> confirmation
6. Admins should have a PAGE visible ONLY to him/her where he can edit the contents of #3 Above and send the updates of each project to the selected registered users
