Redevelop an existing website with the addition of blog

I am looking for a skilled web developer to redevelop my existing website and add a blog to it.

The admin has ability to import product content with in .csv format with product information
Additionally:
Add blog pages
Add import capability in .csv to upload 2 or 3 product comparison table
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in website redevelopment
- Knowledge of blog integration
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design
- Familiarity with e-commerce capabilities, social media integration, and user registration and login
- Ability to work with websites with varying numbers of pages (less than 10, 10-20, or more than 20)
- React or PHP Laraval or MERN or Angular or MEAN or vue stacks are acceptable
