Redesigning my existing Live Guitar & Ukulele Lesson Website

Before putting a bid you should understand a few things.
I am seeking an experienced Web Designer to create a platform for online guitar and ukulele lessons. This website will focus primarily on live lessons, so proficiency in integrating real-time video elements is crucial. Key attributes for this project:

- I already have a website under the name www.thestringstheory.in(Please check it out)
- the website is built in Wix so, people comfortable with Wix can apply.
- I want to redesign this website. (Fresh and simple look)
- For the time being, I need 4 specific pages
* Fresh and new design home page( offer banners, Youtube video sections, about me, courses, Book now in each section)
* Fees structure page(Fee Structure, Terms And Conditions, Payment Gateway(this should only be done if anyone knows about any free resources)
* Offline Classes(Only Address and contact info)
* Booking calender(Availability and students can book directly free the calendar (can get a zoom link or meet link after the booking)
- Experience in developing interactive websites
- Understand the e-commerce framework to incorporate payment features
- Ability to deliver within a month
- You can add your ideas.
- And my budget is under 15k. so I don't want to waste your time. people comfortable with my budget can apply

The goal is to create a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functional site that students can effortlessly navigate and use to learn their musical instruments live.
