Redesign website (RGP)

I need the website http://riggingplus.com.au redesigned into a store. Needs a payment gateway. Index page needs a few hot links to hot selling items. Each page needs basic information. This is a site for construction and theatre equipment. Please check out the site before you bid.

This is to be an html site. I am not interested in Wordpress or WIX of any of the other template sites. You bid must bed final. If you change you price I will reject your bid.
