Redesign my website

I have an old website. I would like it to be redesigned to be more appealing, modern and fully responsive. Examples of similar work are highly recommended. Upon awarding you the project, I will require you to setup an online platform where I can follow what your doing in real time. Include the answer to (two*five-hundred) in your proposal, otherwise it will be disregarded. Preferred technologies are CakePhp, wordPress, Plain HTML5.
