Redesign and recode old torrent website to new / modern -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have an old website that is using tables for structure. It's an old code from 2012 or so.
We need somebody to redesign it (but generally keep the same structure as the current website) using bootstrap v5, and most importantly to be... mobile friendly.
Also, it's very important for the site to have two modes, night mode and light mode, by using this technique in CSS:

It must be 100% mobile friendly. Current site is not.
