Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We have a custom website using only by our staff ( it's a private system ). We would like to have a complete redesign it with CSS and with PSD files.
I would like to have solid, modern theme. We need only a redesign, NOT coding!
Picture attached: as you can see it's ugly. It has about 10 sub-menu, we have to have redesign every point.
