Redesign UI/UX for YOORI eCommerce | PWA Marketplace CMS -- 2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to redesign the UI/UX of my YOORI eCommerce PWA Marketplace platform. I would like the design language to be Flat Design which must be integrated with Vue.JS and must be mobile friendly. While working on this project, the freelancer should be aware that the design must be modern with smooth-running UI elements. The interaction between users and UI should be intuitive and response time should be minimal to provide an excellent user experience. Additionally, the code should be clean, modular, and well commented.
