Redesign existing website (hourly project, long term relationship)

KattenRadar helps people to find back their missing cat by using Facebook & Instagram advertisements.
What we need:
Our website (https://kattenradar.com) is written in Dutch, but you can use Google Translate to understand what the website says.
Although the website looks quite okay, I've made the website myself, and I'm not a professional designer at all. I'm looking for a professional to take a critical look at the website and make it A+. The primary goal of this website is to convert traffic into paying customers.
Required experience:
- Designing responsive high-converting websites
- UI, UX & interactivity design
- Experience with logo / brand design, illustration & animation is a big plus
Size of project:
We need a complete redesign of the website (~1 homepage + 8 internal pages, including new color palette), but we're also looking for email design, social design and other design activities in the future. We hope to find one designer that'll be able to assist us on multiple projects in the future.
