Redesign existing website - Better version

Have a look at irosk.com and irosk.com.au ...2 domains (woocommerce multisite)...we want them to migrate to one domain, irosk.com but region-based subdomains eg for Australia/NZ irosk.com/au opens up for the rest of the world irosk.com but with their regional currency. Worldwide shipping in the best possible way. Open to suggestions.
