Redesign my ecommerce store for my food delivery business (increase current conversion)

I make and deliver frozen pies all around my city. I'm looking for a TEAM to redesign my website to be more user-friendly. Currently my conversion rate is roughly 6%. I need to increase this in order to gain more customers and sales.

My UX is not very well laid out and there are things on the back end that need improving like speed.

The main thing I need is for customers to be able to select and build their own packages, as well as select pies individually. The pies are sold in quantities of 3, 6 and 12 packs as well as individually. I want a customer to be able to build a pack and choose their pies with maximum quantities on certain ones. For example, the 3 pack can contain no more than 1 shrimp pie and the 6 pack can contain no more than 3 shrimp.

This feature is a MUST! I also need to have a chat bot that can answer frequently asked questions and prompt customers to call me with any difficulties or questions before they leave the website.

If there is someway for me to easily follow up with these customers by TEXT MESSAGE then this is a bonus. I am also trying to have customers sign up

I feel like my current website isn't answering the questions that customers have well enough and that's part of the reason they are leaving.

2) be able to do the chat bot, or something else that will allow me to intervene before customers leave the website

For building the site you must follow this workflow

1) Brief and mockup - in low fidelity show me wireframes that meet my goals and explains the overall flow of your design. Your prototype or wireframes should show me the end to end customer experience.

2) Explain to me the technical things you will do to make my website function properly (speed, SEO etc.)

3) Show me high fidelity wireframes/designs of what the website will look like BEFORE you actually do the development.
