Redesign an active website built using webflow, using webflow

I'm looking for a reliable and experienced web designer to help me with a website redesign project. The existing website was built using Webflow and I would like the redesign to use Webflow as well. I'm looking for someone who can not only make cosmetic changes to the website, but also make improvements to its functionality. I have some specific example websites that I'd love to use as a reference for the redesign. I'm aiming to have this project completed within 3-4 weeks.
