Redesign of a Word Press website

Need to redesign a Word Press website for a small real estate development company. The current site greenbuildproperties (I did it...) is hosted by GoDaddy.



The goal of the site is to:



Company info - what we do, our philosophy, Development process. Our services
Project Page - Showcase current, past and upcoming projects - Summaries and Individual project pages with more photos of the job progress and highlights, links to individual project websites, if available
Investor Connect - Description of various ways to work with a developer/builder like our company for potential investors, partners, landowner or other potential clients
News, blogs, regular updates – need to be able to add content myself on a regular basis, but protected for spam content
