Redesign, Restructure & Update WordPress Site (DIVI)

Existing WordPress site built with DIVI. Content is ready, but requires a full corporate-grade redesign, alignment fixes, and setup of Blog, FAQs, Downloadable, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions pages.

Objectives:

Deliver a premium, corporate look.

Fix layout/alignment issues.

Improve usability, performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO.

Add/configure Blog, FAQs, Downloadable, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Work:

Discovery & Plan: Audit site, propose sitemap/templates, style directions.

Design: Homepage, inner pages, Blog, FAQs, Downloadable, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, header/footer, error/search pages. Wireframes → high-fidelity mocks.

Build (DIVI): Implement designs, fix alignment, configure Blog, FAQs, forms with spam protection, basic SEO setup.

Performance & Accessibility: Optimize assets, meet Core Web Vitals, WCAG basics.

Content & Media: Light text edits, licensed stock imagery/icons.

QA & Launch: Cross-browser/responsive testing, staging→production, backups, 30-day support.

Non-Functional Requirements:

Platform: WordPress + DIVI.

Security: Lightweight, reputable plugins only.

Compliance: Cookie/privacy/GDPR basics.

Deliverables:

Style directions + component system.

Final page templates (Homepage, key pages, Blog, FAQs, Downloadable, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, 404/search).

Optimized DIVI site with documentation + handover package.

Acceptance Criteria:

Visuals match approved designs.

No layout breaks; spacing consistent.

Core Web Vitals in green on mobile.

Valid HTML, accessible images/headings.

Forms are functional with spam protection.

Blog, FAQs, Downloadable, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions are fully functional.
