Many functionalities were already developed and the main objective is to create a user dashboard and add features, while adjusting the landing page to show all updated features. Since it's an existing project many features like the generation, and branding settings already exist and just need improvement.
Project Overview:
NewsletterPilot.com is seeking professional developers and designers with expertise in AI and Email Marketing to enhance its platform. The project involves a partial UI redesign, incorporating modern and responsive design elements. The goal is to add new features and functionalities to the website, transforming it into a comprehensive email marketing solution.
Key Features to be added:
1. Integrated Email Client:
- Develop a proprietary email client/sending solution (own mail server) with analytics and tracking capabilities, providing users with insights into their email campaigns.
2. Diversify Content Creation:
- Allow users to create newsletters not only from blog links but also from various sources like text, YouTube videos, and other relevant content options.
3. Automated Rule-Based Newsletter Creation:
- Implement a rule-based system enabling users to automatically generate newsletters based on predefined rules, such as extracting content from specified blog URLs or RSS feeds.
Conditions like: I want to Publish 1 newsletter every week, on every 2 post we make, from this link
4. Company-Based Templates:
- Provide users with the ability to import and utilize company-specific email templates, adhering to their design standards. Since many companies have their design standards or own templates, they need to have the option to integrate them and use them for all sent out newsletters.
5. Own Email Delivery Server:
- Set up our own email server for enhanced control and reliability. Ensure email deliverability, reliability and scalability is above our competitors
6. Roadmap and Feature Requests:
- Integrate a button to view the product roadmap and a feature request system to engage users in the development process.
7. Email Editor Enhancement:
- Replace the existing email editor (topol.io) with an open-source alternative, maintaining all functionalities and template storage capabilities, while ensuring that it is modern and has highly advanced editing capabilities for users.
8. Conversion Funnel and Retargeting:
- Establish a conversion funnel with a retargeting campaign to encourage user upgrades.
9. User Dashboard:
- Develop a user dashboard with analytics, contact management, and additional features relevant to a newsletter provider's dashboard.
10. Base Templates and Branding:
- Include an option for users to access more base templates and enhance branding features for personalized newsletters.
11. Two-Tier System:
- Two dashboards will be used – the current one with the $19.99 tier with all existing features (no changes needed), and another with all the extra features planned here the more advanced plans with all advanced functionalities, eliminating the need for third-party integrations.
12. Landing Page Redesign:
- Redesign the landing page to showcase both plans, allowing users to choose the one that best suits their needs.For the more advanced plans, also include slider to show all pricing tiers for email sending from our client (eg. Up to 100.000 per month for 50$)
13. Adjust Tiers:
- Adjust the current tiers and their capabilities to the updated product version one.

- Implementation of features based on approved designs.
- Testing and bug resolution.
