Redesign and Deploy the website

We are looking for an HTML and CSS professional to redesign our existing website template https://favor.capital
Consisted of 1 index and 9 internal pages.
The ADAPTIVE (desktop, tablet, mobile) website shall correctly display data in all modern versions of popular browsers.
Graphics are prepared in PSD https://symu.co/g/rkjsvmcm and all files are available for Desktop and Mobile versions.
Currently the website is hosted by Namecheap, EeasyWP and redesigned website needs to be deployed to fully replace the current version.
Important: There is no strict deadline for this project but completed work will be accepted only after an audit for functionality UI and UX.
