⚡️ Recruiting Platform Developer Needed ⚡️
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Role:
We are searching for a developer with moderate experience to fill a technical lead role at a new start-up company in the recruiting space.
The role will consist of building our initial Minimum Viable Product focusing on 1-2 main marketing offerings as part of the UX/UI, as well as continuing to implement changes as advised, as we move through various stages of funding.
Candidate:
The chosen candidate will be enthusiastic about the tech industry and interested in solving problems in the recruiting space. They will have 2-5 years of experience minimum, and will be familiar with at least two of the following coding languages:
HTML and CSS
Python
Java
JavaScript
Swift
C++
C#
R
Golang (Go)
A background in job-board development would be advantageous, as well as experience with Super, Notion, Airtable, SimilarWebAPI, Workable, Google Analytics, Convertica, and Zapier.
Compensation:
As we are currently going through the Northeastern University IDEA Program to obtain initial seed funding, we are looking for a technical lead who can see the long-term vision and long-term payoff of what we are building. After the IDEA program is complete, we will have low to mid-5-figures of funding to build and begin marketing the app.
We will be able to offer a monthly fee for the foreseeable future whilst the platform is being built, which can be renegotiated into a percentage of profit generated once the platform is taken to marketing over the course of the next 6-12 months. The amounts of both of these payments will depend on experience.
