Recreate Design + HTML

Hi Designer.
We need to redesign the whole website and HTML. We will provide the website URL and flow. You have to create flow and design as per previous functions.
1) You have to create a new UI from scratch based on current functions
2) All functions need to be cover
3) If you can provide a different dashboard based on different user types that will be great, When I say different dashboard it means either different UI or by adding the different widgets, for Example for admin it has how many registrations happen, How many students register etc. For the teacher how many students gave the exam etc. and for students like what they score, when they gave the last exam and important stuff etc.
4) And yeah Design + HTML and 100% responsive.
