Rebuild my websites
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hi I’m looking for a person who can update my websites. There're 3 big categories.
I'd like to receive your idea first how to deal with them.
1. Renew pages created with a pre-CMS content structure.
These sites have been created around 15 years ago, and stored on a server in the US. They were not built with WordPress or any other CMS platforms. Actually there’re many visitors for researches on special subjects.

There aren’t with large number of pages. There’re some unpublished pages that they’re not necessary to be updated. Also, the following pages created with WordPress are not necessary and can be deleted.

To update the design, please present your ideas,
To convert the sites from http to https,
To update some old functions like flash movies to alternating methods,
To generate sitemaps or other methods for search engines,
To update search engine friendliness,
To update any other recommended functions,
To download/upload from/to the server for this project.
Additional suggestions and recommendation is very welcome.
2. Create a new category under http://kismetjapan.com/
I will provide you with PDF files, orHTML files and images files. The posts are about 110 that were on the original Joomla site that were converted to PDF files via creating HTML pages. The original site has been moved to another CMS site, but you can still refer to it.

There are 335 posts and less than 10 pages. This site is saved on a server in Japan. Currently, I’m still adding posts on weekly bases.

4. Reviewing your quotation and proposal,
5. Ordering the job and processing the work,
6. Completing the updates as the semi-completion,
7. Reviewing and adjustments,
8. Completion and assessment,
9. To delete data related to this project from you side.
10. Payment,
