Rebrand white label website

I have white label equipment rental marketplace website from Yo Rent and I need someone to assist me in testing the website and make it ready for use before acceptance of project from Yo rent.

As start, I need the following:

1- design logos and change all website logos from yo rent to my brand

2- set up email with gmail business. I will pay fees

3- add new equipment categories

4- set up website functionality to allow vendor registrations

5- do simulations for client and vendor registration and adding new equipment to set all website functionalities and ensure website working well

6- do troubleshooting with software provider and resolve any issues if any

7-prepare whatsup messages to vendors to register their equipment

8- set up payment gateways

9- build equipment vendor user manual to be attached with whatsup messages

No coding is required. There is admin website where you can add all functions and change parameters easily. user manuals and software vendor assistance are available.
