Real estate share selling

I'm looking to sell shares in commercial real estate property and am searching for buyers who are both individual and institutional investors. I plan to use social media advertising as the desired method of communication with potential buyers. With this project, I hope to find the right investors for my property and establish a long-term relationship with them.
