Real State Application for lands lots
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I want to build a real state platform for investing land projects.
The platform should do/have this:
- single-page company presentation page
- login/sign up/forgot password page. (support for affiliate links)
- once loged in, the users can see a panel with the first page being a map with real state project information
- the user can filter the projects by city, price, etc.
- (future) the user can fill out a form to fill data for a contract and download it.
- (future) login user can see a page with investing plans.
- user can request to be upgraded to a broker level1
- a broker level1 has and affiliate link so new users can register
- a broker can see in the panel the commisions that he has earned from the sales coming from his affiliates.
- a broker level1 can subscribe to a monthly payment to become a broker level2
- a broker level2 can have multiple levels of affiliates to earn commissions from
- a broker level2 can have a public profile that promote real state projects only from the platform and seleted by him, the profile also works as an affiliate link
- cms:
- panel to manage users
- panel to manage realstate projects (info, commision percentate)
- panel to manage commisions per level for the brokers/level2
- panel to manage public profiles for brokers level2
- panel to register sales
- panel to see the commisions that have to be paid to the brokers.
- The handling of the payments will be offline, mainly because it's through deposits and because for some projects we act as an intermediary, but it's we want to be able to register that sale was made so the broker can see his commision.
- the user will need to register interest in the project so our team gets in contact with him, through phone, email or whatsapp. our broker won't really have much contact with the user inside the site, but for the sale to be registered to the broker, the user must have had used the affiliate code, sign up through his public profile or use an affiliate link.
- affiliate link is an url with a custom code that tells the application that the user that is about sign up will be register as an affiliate of the broker. so if the user buys land, the broker gets a commission.
- the brokers have custom links so new users sign up as their affiliates. the broker level 2 main differences are:
- that they have a public profile with their preferred real state projects (that also works as an affiliate link).
- that if one of his affiliates becomes a broker, and that broker makes a sale, the original broker gets a commision (up to 3 levels)
- that they make a monthly payment to keep their benefits.
