Real Estate Website - Wordpress

I need a developer who can build an easy to use website for my customer. The site must include of: a list of properties; property descriptions; photos of the various rooms and bathrooms, including pictures of bigger rooms like kitchens or great rooms that are usually on a second floor; get a quote via form or email; contact info for both buyers and brokers; login to view all properties for sale in their area. The site should be simple with a modern look and feel to appeal to new homebuyers on a budget.
